CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2013-013 <br /> On the 9th day of December, <br /> 2013, the Arden Hills City <br /> Council adopted Appendix A of <br /> Ordinance No. 2013-013, and <br /> by five affirmative votes <br /> pursuant to Minn. Stat. <br /> §412.191,Subd.4,directed that <br /> a summary of Appendix A of <br /> Ordinance 2013-013 be <br /> published. <br /> Appendix A of Ordinance 2013- <br /> 013 entitled "2014 Fee <br /> Schedule" an Ordinance <br /> Relating to Fees Payable within <br /> the City of Arden Hills for 2014. <br /> The primary purpose of the <br /> ordinance amendment is to <br /> update the Municipal Code to <br /> reflect fees for the calendar year <br /> of 2014. <br /> A full copy of Appendix A <br /> of Ordinance 2013-013 is <br /> available for inspection by <br /> any person during regular <br /> business hours at the office of <br /> the City Administrator, <br /> 1245 West Highway 96, <br /> Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112. <br /> The Ordinance is also <br /> available online at <br /> http://www.cityof rden hi I Is.co m <br /> (Bulletin:Dec.18,2013) <br />
