The property is <br />zonedR-4Multiple Dwelling Districtand is located north of I-694/Highway 10, south of County <br />Road F West, east of Hamline Avenue and west of Lexington Avenue. The applicant is <br />proposing to install two (2) temporary wall signs, one facing I-694 andthe other facing County <br />Road F West. <br />On March 3, 2010, the City Council approved an application for a four-story, 55-unit, workforce <br />housing development at 1290 CountyRoad F West.
