MEMORANDUM <br />2.B <br />DATE:January 8, 2014 <br />PC Agenda Item <br />TO:Planning Commission Chair Larson and Commissioners <br />FROM:Ryan Streff, City Planner <br />SUBJECT:Planning Commission Chair & Vice Chair Selection <br />Background/Discussion <br />Mayor Grant would like each City Commission and Committee to selecttheir Chair and Vice <br />Chair for 2014. After the selection is made the Mayor will then appoint the Chair and Vice <br />Chair subject to City Council approval. The Planning Commission will need to discuss the <br />selection and make a motion to recommend these appointments. <br />The City Council will consider these appointments at their January 13, 2014, regular meeting. <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to select the Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for 2014. <br />11 <br />Page of <br />
