Official Depository. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter I I8A.02, Subdivision <br /> 1, the City Council designates the following financial institutions as official depositories for <br /> municipal funds: <br /> a) US Bank <br /> b) Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union <br /> c) Wells Fargo Bank,N.A. <br /> Investment Brokers: <br /> a) RBC Wealth Management <br /> b) RBC Capital Markets, LLC <br /> c) Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M Liquid Asset and 4M PLUS Funds) <br /> d) Wells Fargo Securities, LLC <br /> e) Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC <br /> f) Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC <br /> Section 2. Official Newspaper. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the City <br /> Council designates the following newspaper as official newspaper of the City: <br /> a) Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin <br /> The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into agreements with the official <br /> newspapers for the publication of items required by law to be published. <br /> Section 3. Mayor Pro-Tem. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.121, Council Member <br /> Fran Holmes is appointed Mayor Pro-Tem and is to perform the duties of the Mayor during the <br /> absence or disqualification of the Mayor or in the case of a vacancy in the office of the Mayor. <br />
