Review Procedure in the Metropolitan Council’s “Regional 2030 Transportation Policy <br />Plan.” This will be an initial review since environmental documentation and staff <br />approved layouts have not yet been completed. The submittal will allow the interchange <br />committee to provide input on potential fatal flaws or additional areas of focus to be <br />considered as part of future analyses. This will reduce the likelihood of complications <br />once further preliminary engineering and design commences at these two interchange <br />locations. This task will include the following: <br />Create a letter that documents two separate interchange review requests. The letter <br />will be provided for official submittal from Ramsey County on County letterhead. <br />Assemble supporting documentation from previously generated materials. <br />Attend up to two meetings with Ramsey County staff and or the committee to present <br />the information. <br />Summarize any findings or input received from the committee. <br />It is anticipated that additional committee submittals will be required, particularly for the <br />I-35W/County Road H interchange, after additional preliminary engineering and <br />environmental documentation has been completed. Any additional submittals are not <br />included in this task. <br />For the Additional Services set forth above, Client shall pay Consultant the following additional <br />compensation: <br />The following is a summary of the additional fees and expenses for the tasks identified in <br />this Amendment No. 2. <br /> Estimated <br />Work Task Amount <br />1. Project Management $ 7,500 <br />2. Additional Analysis at County Road H/TH 10/CSAH 10 $ 2,500 <br />3. Additional Open House Costs $ 4,500 <br />4. MnDOT Interchange Planning Review Submittal $ 5,000 <br />Total Estimated Fees and Expenses $19,500 <br />Labor fee will be billed according to our current standard hourly rate schedule. <br />Reimbursable expenses (copy/printing charges, plotting, mileage, delivery charges, faxes, <br />etc.) will be charged as an office expense at 6.0% of the labor fee. <br />
