Review Procedure in the Metropolitan Council’s “Regional 2030 Transportation Policy Plan.” This will be an initial review since environmental documentation and staff approved layouts have not yet been completed. The submittal will allow the interchange committee to provide input on potential fatal flaws or additional areas of focus to be considered as part of future analyses. This will reduce the likelihood of complications once further preliminary engineering and design commences at these two interchange locations. This task will include the following: Create a letter that documents two separate interchange review requests. The letter will be provided for official submittal from Ramsey County on County letterhead. Assemble supporting documentation from previously generated materials. Attend up to two meetings with Ramsey County staff and or the committee to present the information. Summarize any findings or input received from the committee. It is anticipated that additional committee submittals will be required, particularly for the I-35W/County Road H interchange, after additional preliminary engineering and environmental documentation has been completed. Any additional submittals are not included in this task. For the Additional Services set forth above, Client shall pay Consultant the following additional compensation: The following is a summary of the additional fees and expenses for the tasks identified in this Amendment No. 2. Estimated Work Task Amount 1. Project Management $ 7,500 2. Additional Analysis at County Road H/TH 10/CSAH 10 $ 2,500 3. Additional Open House Costs $ 4,500 4. MnDOT Interchange Planning Review Submittal $ 5,000 Total Estimated Fees and Expenses $19,500 Labor fee will be billed according to our current standard hourly rate schedule. Reimbursable expenses (copy/printing charges, plotting, mileage, delivery charges, faxes, etc.) will be charged as an office expense at 6.0% of the labor fee.
