Notice of the event <br />has been posted on the Business News section of the City website. <br />Staff recommends the following advertising and promotion efforts: <br />News item on the City’s homepage 30 days prior to the event <br />Advertisementsin Shoreview Arden Hills Bulletin(2) <br />Post card mailingsto all Arden Hills businesses(2) <br />City newsletter announcements <br />Email notice to businesses for which addresses are available <br />Commissioner visits to local businesses <br />The City Council will discuss the State of the City event at the July 15, 2013, work session <br />meeting. The Council will be asked to provide direction on presentation topics.
