A valet service would be provided for <br />larger events at the banquet facility. <br />Next Steps <br />Staff has determined that at a Site Plan Reviewapplicationwillbe required for theproposed <br />reuse of the property. The application would need to be reviewed by the Planning Commission <br />and approved by the City Council.
