February 10, 2014 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />TCAAP Update <br />Staff will be meeting with the Rice Creek Watershed District this week to discuss the upcoming <br />surface water management study. The City will ask for RCWD’s input on the Scope of Work. <br />The consultants are compiling feedback from the City Council, Planning Commission, Joint <br />Development Authority, developer interviews, and the public open house on January 22, 2014. <br />The project management team will meet at the end of this month to discuss public feedback. <br />Little work is occurring on-site at this time. Ramsey County reports that a frost depth of five feet <br />is hampering in-ground work. <br />Page of <br />
