I <br /> It' <br /> ---A DEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION No. 2014-013 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE COUNTY ROAD E (B- <br /> 2 DISTRICT) <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution 2012-054 the Council adopted December 12, 2012, <br /> a report has been prepared by Bolton& Menk with reference to proposed improvements to <br /> County Road E (B-2 District) and this report was received by the Council on December 9, 2012. <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br /> improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as <br /> proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement <br /> as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments <br /> for affected parcels. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Council hereby accepts the County Road E (B-2 District) Feasibility Report <br /> dated November 2013. <br /> 2. Bolton & Menk is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br /> engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 10TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,2014. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Amy Dietl, Citf Clerk <br />
