ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION February 5, 2014 4 <br /> <br />City Planner Streff reviewed a proposed language change to Condition 3. The revised condition <br />would read: Ambulances shall use discretion when using emergency lights and sirens between <br />the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., but shall always comply with applicable Minnesota <br />statutes relating to the operation of an authorized emergency vehicle. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved and Commissioner Bartel seconded a motion to recommend <br />approval of Planning Case 14-005 for a Conditional Use Permit at 1209 County Road E <br />West for an ambulance dispatch facility based on the findings of fact and the submitted <br />plans, as amended by the six (6) conditions (amending Condition 3 as proposed by staff) in <br />the February 5, 2014, report to the Planning Commission. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br /> <br />
