At this time, we have executed leases for 2 of the 5 bays with Starbucks Coffee and <br />Noodles & Company and by the time we present this we expect to have executed leases on two more <br />totaling 4 of the 5 bays. As of now all 4 of these tenants have their spaces partially against the <br />glass and each has requested a spandrel glass to hide the walls behind the glass. It first was requested <br />by Noodles & Company on a plan submitted to your building department.
