ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION January 8, 201416 <br /> <br />Council Liaison Holmes <br /> explained she was looking forward to working with the Planning <br />Commission as the Council Liaison in 2014. She invited the Planning Commission to attend the <br />nd <br />TCAAP Open House that would be held on January 22 at 5:30 p.m. in the Marsden Room at <br />the Ramsey County Public Works Facility. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Holmes <br /> reported the Council was considering a franchise fee that would be <br />used for parks, trails, and roads. She indicated this matter would be discussed by the Council in <br />th <br />further detail and that a public hearing would be held at both the February 10 and the February <br />th <br />24 Council meetings. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Holmes <br /> welcomed Associate Planner Bachler to the City of Arden Hills as he <br />was offered a full-time position which became effective January 1, 2014. She looked forward to <br />working with him on planning and redevelopment issues. <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Hames, to adjourn the January <br />8, 2014, Planning Commission Meeting at 8:40 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />
