UNFINISHED BUSINESS –9A <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: <br />March 10, 2014 <br />TO: <br />Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />FROM: <br />Ryan Streff, City Planner <br />SUBJECT:Planning Case #13-019(This item was tabled at theNovember 25, 2013, <br />Regular City Council meeting) <br />Applicant: <br />Gradient Financial <br />Property Location: <br />4105 Lexington Avenue <br />Request: <br />Site Plan Review–Accessory Structure <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to Approve Planning Case #13-019 for a Site Plan Review and Permanent Accessory <br />Structure at 4105 Lexington Avenue North, based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans <br />as amended by the four (4)conditions in the March 10, 2014, Report to the City Council. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Planning Case #13-019 was tabled at the City Council meeting on November 25, 2013, to allow <br />the applicant additional time to research other exterior building materials for the accessory <br />structureand trash enclosurebeing proposed at 4105 Lexington Avenue North, in order to <br />comply with the zoning regulations. <br />The applicant has resubmitted a revised exterior materials list for the accessory structure and <br />trash enclosure to be reviewed by the Council.
