<br />CONSENT ITEM 5C <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br />March 10, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br />Matthew Bachler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #14-011 <br /> Applicant: <br />Roberts Management Group <br />Property Location: <br /> 3833 Lexington Avenue North <br />Subject: <br /> Lexington Station Final Plat Approval <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve Planning Case 14-011 for a Final Plat for the Lexington Station <br />redevelopment at 3833 Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On July 8, 2013, the City Council approved a Master Planned Unit Development, Final Planned <br />Unit Development for Phase I, and Preliminary Plat for the Lexington Station redevelopment <br />project at 3833 Lexington Avenue North in Planning Case 13-003. At that time, Roberts <br />Management Group had also applied for Final Plat approval in Planning Case 13-003. Due to <br />necessary revisions to the Preliminary Plat, a Final Plat was not submitted for Council action <br />with the remaining requests in Planning Case 13-003. <br /> <br />The applicant has since completed all required revisions to the Preliminary Plat based on <br />comments received from City and Ramsey County staff. Due to the minor changes made to the <br />plat, staff determined that the Final Plat did not need to be reviewed by the Planning <br /> <br />Commission prior to City Council action on the item. <br />Currently, the area that will make up the three phases of the Lexington Station redevelopment is <br />comprised of four parcels and Phase I of the development is divided between two separate <br /> <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />City Council Meeting for March 10, 2014 <br />P:\Planning\Planning Cases\2014\PC 14-011 - Lexington Station - Final Plat\City Council - 03-10-14_14-011 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
