<br />2.Lexington Station is the fee owner of Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> <br />B.The of Master Planned Unit Development Plan and <br />Phase I Final Plan specified that the Site shall be developed in accordance with the Application and <br />Supporting Materials, as amended by the terms and conditions accompanying Council approval. The <br />Agreement specifies that any significant changes to the Plans, as reasonably determined by the City <br />Planner, shall require review by the Planning Commission and review and approval by the City Council. <br />th <br /> <br />C.On the 30 day of September, 2014, the City approved the Developer <br />First Amendment to the PUD to allow for a Phase I sign plan (PC# 13-014). <br />th <br /> <br />D. On the 12 day of February, 2014, the Developer submitted an application requesting the <br />approval of a PUD Amendment to allow for a revised building plan for Phase I of the Lexington Station <br />project. The Phase I building shall be improved and maintained consistent with the following plans: <br />i. Building Elevation Phase One (A3.1), dated 02/12/2014 <br />ii. Revised Window Detail Plan, dated 02/12/2014 <br />2. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION. <br />On the <br />th <br />5day of March, 2014, the City Planning Commission reviewed the application at a public hearing and <br />after considering the application, the reports and comme <br />of the Developer, and other public comments; and subject to conditions, recommended approval of the <br /> <br />PUD Amendment for the Phase I revised building plan. <br />th <br />3. CITY COUNCIL REVIEW. <br />On the 10 day of March, 2014, the City Council reviewed <br />Developer; and the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and has approved the PUD <br />Amendment for the Phase I revised building plan; all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. <br />4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS. <br />
