<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1995 BUDGET

<br />WHEREAS, The City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has
<br />met several times for the purpose of discussing the Budget; and
<br />WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a
<br />public hearing to adopt a budget; and
<br />WHEREAS, The City Council held a public Truth in Taxation hearing on November 30, 1994
<br />and has concluded the Budget as prepared is appropriate.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Budget be adopted and approved:
