ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL MARCH 10, 20148 <br /> <br />in the March 10, 2014, Report to the City Council, as amended by the following four (4) <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by <br />the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as determined by the <br />City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning Commission and City <br />Council. <br />2. That the exterior of the accessory structure be constructed with a material that is <br />compatible to the principal building and approved by the City Planner before a building <br />permit is issued. <br />3. That a Grading and Erosion Control Permit shall be obtained by the applicant and <br />approved by the City before a Building Permit is issued. <br />4. That the applicant shall apply for a building permit prior to any construction. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant <br /> asked for comments or questions from the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden <br /> asked if the semi-trailer located to the rear of the property would remain <br />on site. <br /> <br />City Planner Streff <br /> indicated that he was unaware that a semi-trailer was located on the property. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden <br /> questioned if the cement board would be painted. <br /> <br />City Planner Streff <br /> stated that the cement board would be painted in a dark gray color. <br /> <br />Nathaniel Cote <br />, representative for the applicant, explained the cement board would be painted to <br />match the garage doors to provide a consistent color on the entire building. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve Planning Case #13-019 for a Site Plan Review and <br />Permanent Accessory Structure at 4105 Lexington Avenue North, based on <br />the findings of fact and the submitted plans as amended by the four (4) <br />conditions in the March 10, 2014, report to the City Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung <br /> thanked the applicant for providing the City with a better solution for <br />the proposed structure on the site. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant <br /> agreed. <br /> <br />The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />10.
