AGENDA ITEM 1A <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: April 14, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO:Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br /> <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Sue Iverson, Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Delinquent UB Account Anil Khurana <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the March 31, 2014 City Council meeting, the Mayor directed staff to put together <br />together the required research and documents that are attached to this memo. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Khurana contacted our Accounting Clerk, Pang Silseth, Public Works Director, Terry <br />Maurer, and me several times over the course of the past few months. We can find no <br />reason that there is a problem on our end and I informed him that I was not allowed to <br />write off any of his bill without authority of the City Council if we could see no error on <br />our end as we pay for all water coming from Roseville into our system.
