MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: <br />April 14, 2014 <br />TO: <br />Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Sue Iverson, Acting City Administrator <br />FROM:Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: Draft AUAR and Mitigation Plan <br />Requested Action <br />Provide comments and feedback on the draft Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) and <br />Mitigation Plan. <br />Discussion <br />Kimley-Horn has prepared a draft AUAR and Mitigation Plan. A memo describing the purpose <br />of the AUAR and Mitigation Plan, the City’s role as the Responsible Government Unit (RGU), <br />and the proposed review and approval schedule is attached. <br />The City Council will review the final AUAR and Mitigation Plan, including responses to public <br />comments, on June 30.
