<br />E. Wall signage shall not be transferable between tenants. Each sign shall require a <br />Standards. <br />F. Arden Plaza shall patch and sealcoat the existing Arden Plaza parking lot on Lot 3, <br />Block 1 on or before November 1, 2014. <br />G. Arden Plaza has submitted a Letter of Credit in the amount of $26,000 for the <br />improvements on Lot 3, Block 1 still to be completed. Arden Plaza shall maintain a letter of credit in the <br />amount of 125 percent of the estimated cost of incomplete improvements in a form acceptable to the City <br />acceptance by the City, the City Council shall reduce the amount of security for the completed <br />Improvements, provided that, in no case, shall the total remaining security be less than the 125 percent of <br />the estimated cost of the incomplete Improvements. <br />H. The following traffic mitigation measures shall be implemented to reduce the <br />traffic impact of the development: <br />1. Ramsey County reserves the right to restrict left turn egress onto County <br />Road E to improve operation, safety, and traffic management. <br />2. Stop signs, lane assignment signs, and other traffic control signs shall be <br />provided by Arden Plaza at the County Road E and Lexington Avenue access points and shall be subject <br />to City Engineer approval prior to installation. The City reserves the right to require the installation of <br />other directional signage as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />I.
