Mi�anesnta ' <br />October 13, 1986 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />: Minnesota was duly called and held in the Council Chambers in <br />' said Citg on the 13th day of October, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members of_the Council were present: <br />Mayor Woodburn and Council members Hansen, Hicks and 5ather. <br />Cauncil member Peck was absent. <br />Councilmember Sather introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoptione . <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-56 <br />- RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAM�EY COUNTY <br />T0 RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has " <br />planned the improvement of the Lexington Avenue bridge (CSAH 51) <br />over I-694 and associated ramps and approaches; and <br />� WHEREAS, the County wi1T be expending County State Aid <br />Highway funds (S.A.P. 62-651-22) on the improvement of said <br />street � artd <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the <br />. approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such County <br />State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction <br />as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and <br />Wi�REAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would <br />be a necessary prerequisite to the approval�of�_this construction <br />`as a County State Aid project in the City, has been determined.
