The property with the Property Identification Number of , which is currently <br />zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential District) and is generally located south of County Road <br />I West, east of Hamline Avenue North, west of Lexington Avenue North, and north of <br />Highway 96 and is described by the following legal description: <br /> <br />All in Section 10, Township 30, Range 23, the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter, subject to County Road I West and Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br />5337 Lexington Avenue North <br />2.
