ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CLOSED CITY COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 31, 20142 <br /> <br />The City Council and staff then received a briefing from City Attorney Joel Jamnikregarding the <br />conciliation court claim challenging water, sewer and other utility charges billed to the property <br />during the time it was temporarily used for student housing.
