AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br /> <br />A.TCAAP Discussion <br /> <br />City Administrator Klaers <br />stated that City staff, County staff, and consultants have had a series <br />of meetings concerning development issues. At this time, Council discussion and direction is <br />needed to facilitate continued progress. <br /> <br />Infrastructure Study. Heather Worthington and Beth Engum, Ramsey County, will present <br />information on a proposed infrastructure study which would examine issues related to <br />stormwater/wetlands, utilities, transportation, land title/platting, and infrastructure financing. <br /> <br />
