The start date was <br />delayed due to frost in the ground and wet weather. Staff has seen quite a few people utilizing <br />the park. Staff has ordered signs to place along the trails entering the park that state dogs must <br />be on leash until in the off leash area. We have had concerns from residents that there have <br />been a lot of dogs off leash in the entire park area.
