The ash trees in the park hadnot been rated at that time <br />todetermine what percentage would be good candidates for treatment. Council directed staff to <br />conduct a tree evaluationwithinthe maintained areas of the parks and determine how many trees <br />would be good candidates fortreatmentand bring the findings back for Council discussion. <br />After completing that inventory, 54ash trees were evaluatedand 38 were found to be healthy <br />and good candidates for treatment. Aerials of each of the parks with ash trees areincluded for <br />Council review (Attachment A).
