RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF . <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-$3-6 <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Arden Hi].ls lying north:of I-694 by the construction of trunk <br />-sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances from Sewage Pumping <br />Station No. 10 southerly to I-694, then westerly to I-35W <br />just north of its intersection with I-694, and then to the Metro- <br />politan Waste Contro� Commission Interceptor located near I-35W <br />- in New Brighton, and to assess the benefitted property for all or <br />; a partion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn.
