ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL APRIL 14, 20144 <br /> <br /> <br />A.TCAAP Development Discussion Opportunity for Residents <br /> <br />Mayor Grant <br />stated that under the Public Hearing section, citizens would have an opportunity to <br />discuss ideas regarding the TCAAP development. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant <br /> opened the public hearing at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />With no one coming forward to speak, Mayor Grant closed the public hearing at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />8. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung <br /> requested that staff provide the Council with an update on the <br />Highway 96/County Road 10 project at future meetings. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant <br />supported this suggestion and requested Public Works Director Maurer provide the <br />Council with a transportation update at future Council meetings. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung <br /> reported that the Ramsey County League of Local Government was <br />th <br />scheduled to meet on April 24, which conflicted with the Metro Cities Annual Meeting. He <br />st <br />noted that the Ramsey County League of Local Government meeting has been moved to May 1 <br />and will be held at the White Bear Lake Public Safety Training Meeting Room. <br /> <br />th <br />Councilmember McClung <br />stated that the Friends of the Park tree sale runs through April 18. <br />Additional information regarding the tree sale can <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung <br />discussed an email that was received by the Council regarding the <br />with Comcast.
