No. 37) and Water Improvement No. <br />b8-1 (Auditor's No: 735/D.P. No. 55), and <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council by Resolution <br />dated January 26, 1976 (Resolution No. 76-14), a certified copy <br />of which has been filed in: the office of the Ramsey County <br />Department of Property Taxation, has apportioned the original <br />special assessment for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 between <br />the tract-of land retained by C. G.
