<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: May 27, 2014 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 14, 2014 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave <br />McClung, and Ed Werner <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> None <br /> <br />Also present <br /> : Director of Finance and Administrative Services Sue Iverson; Community <br />Development Director Jill Hutmacher; City Planner Ryan Streff; and City Clerk Amy Dietl <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br /> <br />Mark Anderson <br />, student at Bethel University, explained that he was observing the Council <br />meeting for a Group Communications class. <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher <br /> stated that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for <br />the infrastructure study was released last week. Proposals are due on May 1, 2014. City staff will <br />participate in the selection committee, which will meet in early May. It is anticipated that the City <br />Council will be asked to review and approve a cost participation agreement for the City utilities <br />
