An operations analysis was conducted for the 14 intersections in the analysis area to determine current
<br />operational issues within the AUAR study area. Current volumes were obtained from the Draft TCAAP
<br />Redevelopment Traffic Study, performed by SEH dated August 29, 2007. All existing conditions geometrics
<br />for this analysis were based on field verified existing intersection geometrics.
<br />Trip Generation
<br />A summary of the Minimum and Maximum Development Scenario trip generation calculations for the AM
<br />and PM peak hours are shown inTable 18-3 andTable 18-4.

<br />The anticipated directional trip distribution for site users is provided in the Traffic Impact Analysis report
<br />included asAppendixCD.
<br />Transit
<br />Transit service exists in areas adjacent the project area, and two park and ride lots exist along CR H. As the
<br />project evolves, Metro Transit will be engaged to evaluate potential transit route changes, and to potentially
<br />consider the addition of park and ride lots within the project area.
