APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />A.March 17, 2014, Work Session <br /> <br />B.March 31, 2014, Closed Meeting <br /> <br />C.March 31, 2014, Regular City Council <br /> <br />D.March 31, 2014, Work Session <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes <br /> requested a change to the March 31, 2014, Council minutes on Page 11, <br />under Council Comments, stating that her comment should read the Arden Hills Foundation <br />received a contribution; not its first contribution. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br />motion to approve the March 17, 2014, work session minutes as presented, the <br />March 31, 2014, closed meeting minutes as presented, the March 31, 2014, <br />regular City Council minutes as amended, and the March 31, 2014, work <br />session minutes as presented. He thanked the Public Works Department for <br />their dedicated service to the community. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
