At their January 27, 2014, meeting, the City Council approved your Site Plan Review and Sign Standard Adjustment for the property located at 1290 County Road F West.The City Council’s approval is subject to the following seven(7)conditions: 1.That the project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning Commission and City Council. 2.That the two temporary wall signs shall be removed by July 1, 2014. 3.That the temporary wall-sign on the south elevation shall be no larger than 240 square feet. 4.That the temporary wall-sign on the north elevation shall be no larger than 198 square feet. 5.That the applicant shall maintain the two signs in like new condition and repair and/or replace a banner if it is torn or deteriorates during the approved timeline. 6.That the applicant shall apply for a sign permit prior to the installation of the sign. 7.That if the building is fully occupied before July 1, 2014, the banners shall be removed. You will need to obtain the necessary permits prior to starting construction. Please note that a sign permit for theapproved sign must be pulled within one year of the date of the Council approval, or the approval shall expire.
