<br />CONSENT ITEM 6E <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br />July 14, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br />Matthew Bachler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #14-015 <br /> Property Owner: <br />Boston Scientific <br />Property Location: <br /> 4100 Hamline Avenue North <br />Subject: <br /> Eleventh Amendment to the Boston Scientific Master PUD Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Eleventh Amendment to the Boston Scientific Master PUD Agreement <br />based on the May 27, 2014, City Council approval of Planning Case 14-015. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On May 27, 2014, the City Council approved Planning Case 14-015 for a PUD Amendment and <br />Site Plan Review for a 730 square foot addition to Building 10 located in the south central <br />portion of the Boston Scientific Campus. The purpose of the addition is to provide storage and <br />support for ongoing product development and research. <br /> <br />The City Attorney has prepared an amendment to the Master Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement (Attachment A).
