On the 7day of April, 2014, Boston Scientific submitted an application requesting <br />approval of a PUD Amendment to construct a 730 square foot addition on the south side <br />of Building 10, which is located in the south central portion of the Boston Scientific <br />campus. <br />th <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW <br />3..Onthe 7day of May, 2014, the City <br />Planning Commission reviewed the application at a public hearing and after considering <br />the application, the reports and comments of the City’s staff, the reports and comments of <br />Boston Scientific, and other public comments; and subject to conditions, recommended <br />approval of the Master Plan EleventhAmendment. <br />th <br />CITY COUNCIL REVIEW <br />4.. On the 27day of May, 2014, the CityCouncil reviewed <br />the application, the reports and recommendations of the City’s staff; the reportsand <br />requests of Boston Scientific; and the recommendations of the City Planning <br />Commission; and has approved the Master PlanEleventhAmendment; all subject to the <br />terms and conditions contained herein. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />5. <br />A.The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by <br />the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as determined by <br />the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning Commission and <br />City Council. <br />B.A PUD Amendment drafted by the City Attorney shall be executed prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />C.The Master PUD Amendment and Site Plan Review shall automatically expire and <br />become void one (1) year after the date on which the Council granted such approval if <br />work on the project has not begun. <br />2 <br />
