<br />Attachment D <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-037 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE <br />REVIEW (AUAR) FOR THE TCAAP REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS <br />,Ramsey County owns 427 acres of land on the TCAAP site located in the city <br />of Arden Hills north of County Road (CR) 96 and bordered on the west by Trunk Highway <br />(TH) 10 and Interstate 35W (I-35W), on the north by State of Minnesota property and on the <br />east by the National Guard property,which is proposed for redevelopment,and <br />WHEREAS <br />,an environmental review is required by State Law, and <br />WHEREAS <br />,an AUAR is an acceptable form of environmental review, and <br />WHEREAS <br />,a public and agency comment period was provided and comments were <br />addressed in accordance with the environmental review process and requirements, and <br />WHEREAS <br />, a Mitigation Plan addressing environmental impacts has been prepared, and <br />WHEREAS <br />, mitigation measures will continue to be specifically addressed in detail with the <br />Joint Development Authority, including representatives from the City of Arden Hills and <br />Ramsey County, when specific site plans are proposed. <br />NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED <br />that theCity Council of theCity of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota hereby adopts the FinalAUARand Mitigation Planfor the TCAAP <br />Redevelopment Project located in the city of Arden Hills. <br />th <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 28 <br />DAY OF JULY, 2014. <br />____________________________________ <br />ATTEST: David Grant, Mayor <br />__________________________________________ <br />Amy Dietl, City Clerk <br />
