'!T�- <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 2014 SEAL COAT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the 2014 Seal Coat Improvement <br /> Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law; <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Pearson Brothers, Inc., Hanover, Minnesota, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Pearson Brothers, Inc., for a total cost of$97,207.53 in the name of the City <br /> of Arden Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
