NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Council finds that the disposal of the City's fee ownership interest in <br /> portions of the Subject Property has no relationship to the comprehensive plan. <br /> 2. Review by the Planning Commission of the disposal of the Subject Property is <br /> hereby dispensed with; <br /> 3. Conveyance of the City's interest in the Subject Property by quit claim deed to <br /> Space Center is hereby approved conditioned upon the recording of the Plat; <br /> 4. A Termination of the Road and Access Easement for the City's road and access <br /> easement located within the Subject Property is hereby approved; <br /> 5. The Mayor, City Administrator, City staff and City consultants are authorized and <br /> directed to take any and all steps and actions necessary or convenient in order to accomplish the <br /> intent of this Resolution; and <br /> 6.
