EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-037 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE <br /> REVIEW (AUAR) FOR THE TCAAP REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County owns 427 acres of land on the TCAAP site located in the city <br /> of Arden Hills north of County Road (CR) 96 and bordered on the west by Trunk Highway <br /> (TH) 10 and Interstate 3 5 W (1-35W), on the north by State of Minnesota property and on the <br /> east by the National Guard property, which is proposed for redevelopment, and <br /> WHEREAS, an environmental review is required by State Law, and <br /> WHEREAS, an AUAR is an acceptable form of environmental review, and <br /> WHEREAS, a public and agency comment period was provided and comments were <br /> addressed in accordance with the environmental review process and requirements, and <br /> WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan addressing environmental impacts has been prepared, and <br /> WHEREAS, mitigation measures will continue to be specifically addressed in detail with the <br /> Joint Development Authority, including representatives from the City of Arden Hills and <br /> Ramsey County, when specific site plans are proposed. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota hereby adopts the Final AUAR and Mitigation Plan for the TCAAP <br /> Redevelopment Project located in the city of Arden Hills. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 28th <br /> DAY OF JULY,2014. <br /> ATTEST: David Grant, Mayor <br /> Amy Dietl, ty Clerk <br />
