She <br /> reported that she would not be referring to the site by this name. <br /> Councilmember McClung reported that he would not be able to attend the State of the City <br /> meeting on Thursday morning. <br /> Councilmember Holmes suggested that the recycling program not be discussed. <br /> Councilmember McClung believed that residents still had questions and suggested that it remain <br /> a topic for discussion. <br /> Mayor Grant recommended that the bridges in Arden Hills be addressed along with <br /> redevelopment of the Lexington Station area. He was in favor of a transportation update being <br /> provided by MnDOT. <br /> C. Preliminary 2015 Budget <br /> City Administrator HIaers stated the State Legislature has changed the certification date of the <br /> proposed maximum tax levy from September 15 to September 30. <br />
