Staff located those trees and made the determination that 7 should be replaced in the <br />same or similar location and 9 that staff are not planning on replacing at this time. In order to <br />determine this, staff considered factors such as quantity of trees in current location, amount of <br />trees in park, available growing space and amount of sunlight.
