<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MN <br />CONTRACT FOR THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL RECYCLABLE MATERIALS Page 1 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL <br />RECYCLABLE MATERIALS <br /> <br /> <br />This Contract, is made and entered into this day of 2014, by and between <br />the City of Arden Hills, a Municipal Corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter <br />called the “City”) and <to be determined>, a corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and <br />having its principal place of business at <to be determined> (hereinafter called the “Contractor”). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS, the City requires the collection and proper management of recyclables within the <br />corporation limits of the City; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Contractor is engaged in the business of collecting recyclables; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City released a request for proposals (RFP) for recyclables collection services <br />on September 10, 2014; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor submitted a proposal in response to the City’s RFP on October 17, <br />2014; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to hire the services of the Contractor and the Contractor desires to <br />provide the services to the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
