A City Council <br />workshop with Gateway Planning will take place on August 18, 2014, and a draft of TCAAP <br />Zoning Chapters 1 – 5 will be provided to the City Council prior to the workshop. The Planning <br />Commission and TCAAP Joint Development Authority have been notified of the workshop and <br />invited to attend. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Schedule <br />Special and regular City Council work session meetings have been scheduled to discuss issues <br />related to the Master Plan and City infrastructure. Discussion topics are tentatively planned as <br />follows: <br /> <br />August 11, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Community Room <br /> Water and Sewer System Review (Infrastructure) <br /> Density/Maximum Residential Unit Discussion <br /> <br />August 18, 2014, Regular Work Session at 5:00 pm, Council Chambers <br /> Workshop with Gateway Planning <br />o Discuss Performance Based Zoning process <br />o Discuss zoning elements and framework <br />o Present Zoning Chapters 1-5 (Introduction, Components of the Code, <br />Administration, Definitions, Schedule of Uses) <br /> <br />August 25, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Community Room <br /> Discuss Zoning Chapters 1-5 (Introduction, Components of the Code, <br />Administration, Definitions, Schedule of Uses) <br /> <br />STAFF COMMENTS - 3A <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br />
