<br /> 2. Review by the Planning Commission of the disposal of the Subject Property is <br />hereby dispensed with; <br /> <br /> 3. Conveyance of the City’s interest in the Subject Property by quit claim deed to <br />Space Center is hereby approved conditioned upon the recording of the Plat; <br /> <br /> 4. A Termination of the Road and Access Easement for the City’s road and access <br />easement located within the Subject Property is hereby approved; <br /> <br /> 5. The Mayor, City Administrator, City staff and City consultants are authorized and <br />directed to take any and all steps and actions necessary or convenient in order to accomplish the <br />intent of this Resolution; and <br /> <br /> 6.
