AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Revisions to the Draft TCAAP Master Plan Land Use Map <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the City Council has been meeting to <br />discuss topics related to the approval of the TCAAP master plan land use map as follows: <br /> <br /> Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee (PTRC) recommendations for park needs and <br />amenities (April 21) <br /> Surface water amenity (April 21) <br /> Residential development and densities (May 19) <br /> Flex space land use (May 19) <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher explained that the PTRC recommended the <br />inclusion of specific amenities within each park area. The recommendations, which were accepted <br />by the City Council, can be summarized as follows: <br /> <br /> Park areas in neighborhoods should include play structures, a gazebo, and off-street <br />parking (located either in lots or in bump-outs along the public street);
