TCAAP <br /> • Discussion with Single-Family and Multi-Family Developers <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher indicated that the TCAAP regular and special <br /> meeting schedule has been updated, and noted that an additional special work session has been <br /> added on November 3, 2014, to be held after the Joint Development Authority meeting. If <br /> needed, additional meeting dates may include December 22 and 29, 2014. The schedule currently <br /> calls for the following: <br /> September 29, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Community Room <br /> • County Road I and Thumb Road Design Review(Infrastructure) <br /> • Zoning Definitions (Chapter 4) <br /> • Discuss Chapters 6-7 (Building and Site Development Standards, Building Design <br /> Standards) <br /> October 13, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Community Room <br /> • JDA Governance and Approval Process <br /> • Park Dedication Ordinance Discussion <br />
