Len <br />Pratt, Pratt Homes, and Daren Laberee and Rick Packer, Mattamy Homes, will attend the <br />September 22, 2014, City Council work session for a discussion on residential development. <br />Pratt Homes has experience with custom homes and townhomes. Mattamy Homes is the largest <br />residential builder in Canada and is increasingly moving into the Twin Cities market. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Schedule <br />The TCAAP regular and special meeting schedule has been updated based on past Council <br />discussions and a better understanding of the topics that will need additional Council review. <br />Please note that an additional special work session has been added on November 3, 2014. This <br />would be held at 6:00 pm after the Joint Development Authority meeting.
