<br />City Planner Streff anticipated that additional regular and special work session meetings will be
<br />scheduled to discuss regulations and policies, the infrastructure study, and other TCAAP issues.
<br />Future meeting topics will be defined as those dates draw nearer.
<br />
<br />Commissioner Jones suggested that the five acres of retail along Highway 96 be increased in
<br />size as this was a prime retail location.

<br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to adjourn the
<br />July 9, 2014, Planning Commission Meeting at 8:15 p.m. The motion carried unanimously
<br />(5-0).
