Cement
board or LP board siding with a T-111 pattern will be painted with the identical dark grey house color with white
trim. The roof will be built with the same brand and color of shingles. (A premium product upgrade to prevent
dark algae stains). Premium materials will be selected at every opportunity. (siding, shingles, paint) The roof
pitch will match the house. (8-12)

Location: Two considerations led to the proposed location shown in Figure 1. First, we want to be good stewards
of our trees. We were largely motivated to buy the property by the two majestic white oaks (both over 200 years
old) that frame both sides of the house and the four massive scotch pines in the natural rain garden. It is
important to us that the garage construction does no harm to these signature trees of the property.
