Mr. Ryan Streff, City Planner <br />Department of Planning and Zoning <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1245 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br />Dear Mr. Streff and the City of Arden Hills Planning Commission: <br />As neighbors of Chad and Sasha Myers, we have added our signatures below to <br />express our support for their proposed plans to rebuild the detached garage on their <br />property at 3441 Lake Johanna Boulevard. Chad and Sasha have reviewed their <br />building plans with us, including the proposed placement of the garage and new <br />footprint. We find these plans acceptable and believe that this reconstruction will <br />significantly improve the character of the neighborhood.
